"Fantastische plek.

"Beautiful cottage, wery well styled & equipped. It is very peaceful and quiet, a little paradise. We enjoyed sitting and eating in the conservatory. We played table tennis in the garden and a game of badmington. Exploring l'Ile-de-Batz on our own bikes was just one of our highlits in our holiday."

"If you love peace, quiet and landscapes where you can wonder for hours, this lovely house is the place to be. The house has all the things you need. We definitely recommend it."

"Very cozy and charming house in the middle of nature. The house is fully equipped and well decorated. You‘ll find everything that you need. The surrounding is very peaceful and quiet. The house really looks like in the pictures. We had a wonderful and relaxing time here. Annick and her husband are very good and kind host. We can only recommend their house and they as host. The house is very good located to the different places of interest. Of course you‘ll need a car. We‘ll definetely come back."

"My fiance and I loved our stay at Annick's place. The cottage is bright and airy with lots of windows and light. The kitchen is well stocked, and the grounds were lovely. We really liked the veranda overlooking the yard, perfect for writing and reading. Annick is right next door and available when needed. Would recommend."

"My wife and I have rented through VRBO and Home Away many times - mostly in France but also in Germany, Italy, Greece, Argentina, Chile, and New Zealand. We have always had good experiences. This rental has been one of the best. After a day of sightseeing, it was wonderful to return to this charming cottage in a quiet rural setting. It is well-equipped, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. Annick and Yves were helpful, providing an excellent package of material that they sent before our arrival. The directions to the rental were very helpful. We can recommend this rental without hesitation"

“We can’t praise this delightful cottage enough. First, there’s the location: because it’s not on the coast, you’re not immersed in crowds and tacky, touristic atmosphere. At the same time, you’re only a short drive (in all directions) from wonderful sights. It’s a half-hour (or less) to some of the most remarkable of the parish closes (Guimiliau, Lampaul-Guimiliau, St Thégonec, La Martyre, Pleyben). An hour’s drive will get you to Locronan, a uniquely and perfectly preserved medieval town; to Landerneau, a historic town with many finely preserved houses, one of the last inhabited bridges in Europe, and a new arts center (currently with a large and important Chagall exhibition), and to Perros-Guirec, where you can explore the Cote de Granit Rose or take a boat to Sept Iles to see puffins and seals. The cottage itself is a dream. It’s tastefully decorated, and fully equipped with modern appliances. Yet it’s a romantic old stone house, surrounded by flowers. There’s a lovely conservatoire for meals, with a view over a large lawn (and a herd of cows just beyond a border of tall trees). The bed was great, and we slept really well because it’s so quiet—aside from the occasional mooing of a cow or the bleating of a baby goat, you don’t hear a thing. You’re really out in the country here, with few neighbors. We cooked all our meals in the cottage, both because the kitchen was so comfortable to use and because the local shopping and markets were so good. Annick and Yves were also a pleasure to work with. They’re friendly and professional. They helped us get oriented over email before we arrived, and they accommodated us in many ways while we were there. We wish it were possible to give this rental a higher score than 5. My wife and I have rented many European apartments and cottages through VRBO, but this may have been the very best"

"The cottage is a great place to escape from the noise of city life, with just the sound of the birds in the background as cows wander by the bottom of the garden. We found it ideally situated for exploring the north of Finistère. It was well-equipped and Annick and Yves gave us all the information we needed, and made it clear that we could contact them if we needed to during our stay"

"Annick & Yves, thank you very much for the lovely stay! We had a fabulous time in Bretagne! The house is very charming and has all the amenities you need! The outdoor conservatory is very nice to observe the beautiful large garden! The house is well located, very quiet and only 30 minutes away from the beautiful beaches! Annick & yves were very friendly and welcoming, we loved the homemade cookies! We should definitly stay here again!! Highly recommended!!"

"We loved our stay in this cottage. It was comfortable and well equipped. The area was very peaceful and relaxing with just the sound of birds in the background. We really enjoyed being able to walk and cycle from the house as well as play ping pong. Annick and Yves were really helpful and knew lots about the area. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip and would definitely recommend this to friends"

“First, the property was exactly the one shown in online photos. I travel a lot, yet it`s not easy to find a place which is so clean, well kept and full of all imaginable facilities. All the necessary details you need to take care of the place/ washing liquids & powders/ were on spot. Fresh, nice smelling linen and the ambience of high sense of ecology should be mentioned here, too.The host was descreet, yet helpful and in the fridge a bottle of traditional cider was awaiting us. The location seemed attractive to me, a nice hideaway in the magic land of celtic woods, about 28 km from the sea and 20km from Morlaix- a very pleasant town. About 10 km from the property in Relec there is a restaurant listed in guidebooks but there are more restaurants and bars which are not written about and are v. good. I`m going to spend there some time once more, this time with kids. Important- car is necessary I RECOMMEND !! "

“We stayed here for a week in summer and loved it, was a little concerned about a lack of sofa from previous reveiws but they have taken this on board and there is now one installed in this gorgeous cottage. it's bigger than the photos suggest and beautifully furnished and appointed. the welcome basket a real treat. our 18 month old had a ball, she loved her room and playing in the back garden, having cows come to visit each morning and evening in the neigbouring field was an added bonus. it is very rural and you definitely need transport with few attractions other than morlaix within easy driving distance. but morlaix itself is a great place to visit and the surounding countryside is beautiful, so if you're after somewhere to relax, get away from it all and re-charge those batteries - this is it. the owners are lovely, non -intrusive but helpful. it really does live up to the pictures and was very comfortable to live in for the week we were there. "

“A wonderfully peaceful retreat, with only the rare countryside noise to punctuate the tranquility. This charming, sensitively restored cottage was well placed to explore an area of natural beauty. It was nice to walk around the nearby lanes but to reach any amenities a car was essential. On arrival, the owner was there to welcome us. She had thoughtfully stocked the kitchen with essential cooking staples. She was happy to provide us with useful information about the area and there were books and leaflets that we referred to for our daytrips. The rooms were clean and comfortable. All appliances were in very good working order. A working cd/radio provided entertainment - tv was local channels and no dvd. The rear garden was lovely, with a lean-to conservatory, pretty flowers and a view of rolling fields that lives long in the memory. Heat supplied by storage heaters at extra, reasonable cost and would be necessary for the colder months. We would recommend this property wholeheartedly and hope that you might enjoy your stay as much as we did. Richard and Elaine"

“My husband & i rented this cottage for 2 weeks in June this year along with our then 14month old daughter. The cottage is beautiful, set in the peaceful Brittany countryside but still close to local amenities. the property is beautifully furnished, well equipped with a large private garden. The owner welcomed us and was very helpful and friendly. As it was our first holiday with our daughter we were a little anxious as to how it would all go but we need not have worried! We enjoyed an incredibly relaxing holiday and our daughter loved every minute of her stay and slept like a log every night. If you are looking for a relaxing "away from it all" break look no further, you will enjoy beautiful French countryside aswell as lovely beaches close by, we especially enjoyed the beach at Carantec. This cottage is perfectly located for exploring, we had a wonderful holiday and hope to return next year."

“Annick's cottage was absolute bliss and idyllic! It was vey clean and had many creature comforts. Enjoyed sitting out in the conservatory during the evening dining on locally-made bread, cheese, cured meats, and cider. We loved the countryside setting, but Morlaix is only 15 to 20 mins away. The bed was quite comfortable. We were happy that a washer was available since we packed light and needed to wash our clothes. Annick was very helpful and communicative. We would most certainly stay here again."

“We really enjoyed our second 2 week stay at Kerbriant this August (2015). It is away from the hustle and bustle of te coastal towns but only 40 mins from some excellent beaches. The beautiful setting and large garden were just right for our children (3 & 6) to run around. Hosts Annick & Yves are very friendly and welcoming. We'd recommend this property whole-heartedly to people who love France and some tranquility within a family holiday. Falling asleep listening to 2 different kinds of owls is to be recommended. "

“We had a wonderful stay in this lovely cottage in the middle of nowhere. Everyone who is looking for a hide-away, a quiet place to escape everyday life - this is the place to go. New bathroom, wonderful winter garden, a lovely master bedroom, a huge garden and a well-equipped kitchen. We didn't miss a single thing during our 2 weeks stay. The rooms are very cosy, we felt like coming home after just 1 day. We fell in love with Kerbriant!"

“This is a spacious, comfortable, tastefully decorated and well-equipped cottage in a peaceful rural setting. It was spotlessly clean and warm when we arrived. Everything worked well, including the wi-fi. We also appreciated the supply of wood for the fire. It was a very good base for touring round some of the best of the 'parish closes' of Finistere (highly recommended)."
